Artemio Gerazan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ceferino Oidor showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. 8 minutes into the game, Serafino Lixandro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Furnarius Rufus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Radio Formula the free kick. Serafino Lixandro kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. When Cornelio Fliz fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Furnarius Rufus's protests and gave Cornelio Fliz a yellow card for diving instead. 9 minutes into the game, one of Furnarius Rufus:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Artemio Gerazan had in the 10thth minute some difficulties stopping Maximino Oxarra's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 10th minute, Maximino Oxarra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Radio Formula fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 17th minute, Ubaldo Faron got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Artemio Gerazan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Urko in the 20th minute of play. Furnarius Rufus's Artemio Gerazan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Furnarius Rufus from getting a goal against them. In the 29thth minute of the game Ubaldo Faron who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Radio Formula's Astor Garaile was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maximino Oxarra kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Cornelio Fliz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 32nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Astor Garaile. Radio Formula's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Radio Formula's Astor Garaile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Faron in the 33rd minute of play. Ubaldo Faron struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Astor Garaile didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Furnarius Rufus. Rosendo Cordareo took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Astor Garaile. Astor Garaile dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Rosendo Cordareo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Astor Garaile tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ceferino Oidor might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Artemio Gerazan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ceferino Oidor ran back to his position shaking his head. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcial Aztore to make the kick off. In the 54th minute of the match, Ubaldo Faron tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Astor Garaile saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Astor Garaile showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosendo Cordareo, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After 59 played minutes Radio Formula got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Salvatore. Ubaldo Faron's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 61stth minute, Astor Garaile skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Ceferino Oidor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ubaldo Faron kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Astor Garaile showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubaldo Faron in the 72nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcial Aztore in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artemio Gerazan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A nice corner shot did that Maximino Oxarra got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Artemio Gerazan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Faron in the 85th minute of play forced Radio Formula's goalkeeper Astor Garaile to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Radio Formula's goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Faron came free, but Astor Garaile reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceferino Oidor in the 92nd minute of play forced Furnarius Rufus's goalkeeper Artemio Gerazan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Astor Garaile managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when Furnarius Rufus's Ubaldo Faron fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 95 minutes, Rosendo Cordareo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Furnarius Rufus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rosendo Cordareo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
