Defensores Mansilla FC's Celso Santio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Defensores Mansilla FC from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Furnarius Rufus's Ubaldo Faron slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Celso Santio. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. In the 12th match minute, Defensores Mansilla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niceto Conrao to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute, Santo Blasi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute Reynaldo Librado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artemio Gerazan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artemio Gerazan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavino Teodor, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Hernan Tonio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Celso Santio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th match minute, Defensores Mansilla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruperto Galo to maneuver through the defense. If Ubaldo Faron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the match, Defensores Mansilla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Tonio came free, but Celso Santio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artemio Gerazan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Teodor in the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Ubaldo Faron got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th minute, Ubaldo Faron ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celso Santio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ubaldo Faron in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celso Santio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 40th match minute, Furnarius Rufus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Dunixi to maneuver through the defense. Ubaldo Faron's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celso Santio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Furnarius Rufus's Artemio Gerazan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Teodor in the 48th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ubaldo Faron to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Defensores Mansilla FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Ruperto Galo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Teodor in the 54th minute of play forced Furnarius Rufus's goalkeeper Artemio Gerazan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celso Santio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Faron in the 55th minute of play. Celso Santio didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Furnarius Rufus's Ubaldo Faron shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 61st minute, Celedonio Belasko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After taking down the ball on Furnarius Rufus's corner Cornelio Fliz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Celso Santio quite easily take care of the ball. The Furnarius Rufus fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Furnarius Rufus's Ubaldo Faron looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Furnarius Rufus's zone, Reynaldo Librado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artemio Gerazan came out of the goal and Reynaldo Librado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Faron in the 76th minute of play forced Defensores Mansilla FC's goalkeeper Celso Santio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reynaldo Librado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Furnarius Rufus's Ubaldo Faron in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
