Spectators: 7263 (Terracing: 5449, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Segundo Claude started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jorge Dubardo got free with Casimiro Emeterio in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 6 minutes into the match, Mancherfield City's goal looked a bit too open when Ambrosio Kaiet came free, but Casimiro Emeterio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Frontera getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Nicasio Iban hit a great ball. In the 21stth minute of the game Zeledon Pierres who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Frontera's Nicanor Gizon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Mancherfield City's Segundo Claude sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nicanor Gizon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Zeledon Pierres managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mancherfield City's supporters rose to their feet, but Zeledon Pierres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicanor Gizon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd minute, Zeledon Pierres left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mancherfield City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Leonel Madeo kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Jorge Dubardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Casimiro Emeterio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jorge Dubardo ran back to his position shaking his head. Bonifacio Birjaio charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bonifacio Birjaio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Segundo Claude recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Frontera players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mancherfield City were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Ambrosio Kaiet made the kick off in the second half. Nicanor Gizon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Segundo Claude, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes in the game, Segundo Claude fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Nicanor Gizon having to interfere. Ambrosio Kaiet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casimiro Emeterio having to interfere. After having played for 61 minutes, Zeledon Pierres managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mancherfield City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zeledon Pierres was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jorge Dubardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mancherfield City's Leonel Madeo got his second yellow card of the match in the 66th minute. The referee ordered Leonel Madeo off the ground. After a rather tough play, Mancherfield City's Leonel Madeo got a free kick in the 67th minute. Casimiro Emeterio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Dubardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Remigio Atarrabi kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. When Segundo Claude fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mancherfield City's protests and gave Segundo Claude a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th minute, Segundo Claude hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ambrosio Kaiet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Casimiro Emeterio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The long shot by Bonifacio Birjaio in the 80th minute really tested Nicanor Gizon's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Thanks to some nice moves Zeledon Pierres could shoot a difficult shot in the 81st minute, which Nicanor Gizon however easily saved by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Zeledon Pierres managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mancherfield City's supporters rose to their feet, but Zeledon Pierres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicanor Gizon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bonifacio Birjaio hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After 86 played minutes, Frontera's Bernabe Sindo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Casimiro Emeterio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Frontera reached it. If Jorge Dubardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ambrosio Kaiet struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Casimiro Emeterio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Frontera. The supporters of Frontera booed when Mancherfield City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmacio Silviano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Mancherfield City supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Mancherfield City would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
