In the 3rd minute, Silvano Chano reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Serafin Lope. The goal made the score 1-0. Elpidio Soter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julio Ascencio went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Saverio Ebardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elpidio Soter. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Saverio Ebardo ran back to his position shaking his head. Julio Ascencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Elpidio Soter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bartolo Txordon charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bartolo Txordon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bartolo Txordon kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Cornelio Lluis's late challenge caught a Tunal FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cornelio Lluis helped the player get up and apologised. Tunal FC's Marco Polentzi couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 29th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for La Banda FC. Silvano Chano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Tunal FC's zone, Blas Garaile stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafin Lope came out of the goal and Blas Garaile tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Blas Garaile got free with Serafin Lope in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Silvano Chano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of La Banda FC booed when Tunal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Froilan Javiero didn't get a good kick on the ball. La Banda FC's Lázaro Faron couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 45th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Tunal FC. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Saverio Ebardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Elpidio Soter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saverio Ebardo's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. 54 minutes into the match, La Banda FC's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Ebardo came free, but Elpidio Soter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Julio Ascencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Ascencio took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elpidio Soter. Elpidio Soter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. With his leg Elpidio Soter managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when Tunal FC's Julio Ascencio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Saverio Ebardo got in the 68th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Elpidio Soter handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. 69 minutes into the match, La Banda FC's goalkeeper Elpidio Soter had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julio Ascencio. After having played for 71 minutes, Silvano Chano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Banda FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvano Chano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 76th minute Silvano Chano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafin Lope saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 2-2 became the score in the 79th minute when Silvano Chano elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 83 minutes into the match, Tunal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Silvano Chano came free, but Serafin Lope reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marco Colon in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elpidio Soter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 88th minute, Jonas Etxahun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 92 minutes La Banda FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marco Polentzi who took care of the corner kick. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
