Cristo Mede hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Nemesio Rufio missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 26 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Cornelio Quirce right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristo Mede during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cristo Mede hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. If Silvestre Jorrin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Colo sos de la B players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sunderland A.F.C. were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Remigio Eder made a kick off. Cornelio Quirce was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gogo Romero showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 88 minute of play. Rogelio Maju made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigio Eder in the 96th minute of play. Sunderland A.F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
