Spectators: 7258 (Terracing: 5445, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Efrain Mikelar got the match started through his kick off. Ánimas's Julian Oliverios got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Desiderio Osmundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efrain Mikelar in the 10th minute of the match. In the 12thth minute of the game Efrain Mikelar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ranquile FC's Desiderio Osmundo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Efrain Mikelar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Desiderio Osmundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute Anier Ticho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillermo Pedroso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ranquile FC's Ermegildo Argoitz got a free kick in the 21st minute. Julian Oliverios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute, one of Ánimas:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ánimas. Ánimas:s Guillermo Pedroso showed great skill when he stopped Generoso Iliana:s penalty. In the 41st minute, Albino Restu made a precise shot to the right of Desiderio Osmundo. Ranquile FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Aureliano Gelmiro hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidio Corderro in the 46th minute of play forced Ánimas's goalkeeper Guillermo Pedroso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomás Tome hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ovidio Corderro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Desiderio Osmundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efrain Mikelar in the 53rd minute of the match. Desiderio Osmundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Oliverios in the 57th minute of play. Generoso Calvet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Desiderio Osmundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ranquile FC's zone, Efrain Mikelar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Desiderio Osmundo came out of the goal and Efrain Mikelar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Desiderio Osmundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Oliverios in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute of the match Rolando Loiola shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Desiderio Osmundo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Desiderio Osmundo came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Ánimas's Julian Oliverios. But to his dismay, Julian Oliverios quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Efrain Mikelar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 73 minutes into the game, Godofredo Sazon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ranquile FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ánimas the free kick. In the 74th match minute, Ranquile FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godofredo Sazon to maneuver through the defense. After 78 minutes of play, Ánimas's Efrain Mikelar made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Desiderio Osmundo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Generoso Calvet hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Ovidio Corderro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guillermo Pedroso was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Desiderio Osmundo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Ánimas's Julian Oliverios shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Julian Oliverios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Desiderio Osmundo having to interfere. Desiderio Osmundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efrain Mikelar in the 93rd minute of the match. If Efrain Mikelar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ánimas fully deserved thier win.
