Spectators: 7248 (Terracing: 5437, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Omar Damario kicked off to start the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaac Udalaitz in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Haroldo Mitxel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Haroldo Mitxel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isaac Udalaitz's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. If Reynaldo Ferran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaspar Jerold kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Isaac Udalaitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Omar Damario's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eliseo Jeraldo was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Domingo Senio kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Haroldo Mitxel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Udalaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reynaldo Ferran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eliseo Jeraldo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isaac Udalaitz to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Reynaldo Ferran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 53 minutes into the match, Iruya's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Damario came free, but Eliseo Jeraldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 57 minutes, Reynaldo Ferran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. los lagartos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reynaldo Ferran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 59 minutes into the match, los lagartos's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Udalaitz came free, but Haroldo Mitxel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reynaldo Ferran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Eliseo Jeraldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaspar Jerold hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Iruya's Arturo Claris tried to score from far away in the 66th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 75 played minutes, los lagartos's Elvio Bartuelo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eliseo Jeraldo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in los lagartos reached it. After 76 minutes, Domingo Breogan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Iruya and the los lagartos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Domingo Breogan hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Eliseo Jeraldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Damario in the 91st minute of play. Reynaldo Ferran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Eliseo Jeraldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of los lagartos booed when Iruya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorato Fidencio didn't get a good kick on the ball. los lagartos were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
