Spectators: 7339 (Terracing: 5506, Seating: 1688, VIP seats: 145) In the 2nd match minute, Ceibas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Quinteros to maneuver through the defense. Efrain Mikelar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Benigno Ibar managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when Ánimas's Julian Oliverios fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Abel Umea scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guillermo Pedroso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 16 minutes into the match, Ánimas's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Sayvion came free, but Guillermo Pedroso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomás Tome kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 23rdth minute of the game Efrain Mikelar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ceibas's Benigno Ibar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jeremias Enetz kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Julian Oliverios might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benigno Ibar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julian Oliverios ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Ceibas's Laureano Txanton got a free kick in the 26th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Efrain Mikelar in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benigno Ibar saved Ceibas from getting behind. If Efrain Mikelar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benigno Ibar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Efrain Mikelar in the 38th minute of play. Julian Oliverios received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Benigno Ibar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Ánimas getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Rolando Loiola hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abel Umea to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Efrain Mikelar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benigno Ibar was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The attack was good, but when Efrain Mikelar in the 62nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Julian Oliverios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Ibar having to interfere. After having played for 71 minutes, Julian Oliverios managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ánimas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Oliverios was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Ceibas's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Oliverios came free, but Benigno Ibar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julian Oliverios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Efrain Mikelar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Efrain Mikelar in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benigno Ibar saved Ceibas from getting behind. In the 81st minute, Paulo Sayvion left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ceibas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Ceibas's zone, Albino Restu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benigno Ibar came out of the goal and Albino Restu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 88 minutes into the game, Efrain Mikelar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Benigno Ibar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Ánimas's Albino Restu in the 98th minute got a chance for a shot 98th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ceibas's goalie prevented a goal.
