Bruno Bizi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amado Cidro's late challenge caught a UNI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amado Cidro helped the player get up and apologised. Amado Cidro hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Blas Berdaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Bizi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the game, Trinchera AFC's Romulo Polentzi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Blas Beturian made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 47th minute, Fabio Pere hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Trinchera AFC's Santiago Jon couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 48th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for UNI. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernabe Pudes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In a very dangerous position, a player in UNI fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! Santiago Jon placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Aureliano Vachon's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Blas Beturian skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Trinchera AFC's zone, Fabio Pere stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Blas Berdaitz came out of the goal and Fabio Pere tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eduardo Abreu kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bruno Bizi in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Blas Berdaitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 88 minutes, Bruno Bizi made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Trinchera AFC's Blas Berdaitz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Bernabe Pudes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Aquiles Rufio fell near the penalty area in the 98th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UNI's protests and gave Aquiles Rufio a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to UNI getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Aquiles Rufio hit a great ball. Trinchera AFC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
