The referee ignored La que te Pario F.C.'s protests and gave Marcelo Bladi a yellow card for diving instead. After 7 played minutes La que te Pario F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Bladi. Arsenio Harriet succeeded in the game's 9th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pereyra FC's goalkeeper Elpidio Astrada, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 14 minutes into the game, Pereyra FC's Filomeno Urbez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Felix Martxelin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pereyra FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
