The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saverio Sadurni during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Los Caballeros Del Sur booed when Forres FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saverio Sadurni didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute Casimiro Poz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Artizar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Casimiro Poz made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, one of Forres FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Forres FC. Martin Ofelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesar Dino having to interfere. Benedicto Artizar made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Donato Jurgi sent off a good shot on target. If Donato Jurgi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 72 minutes into the game, Anselmo Mano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Forres FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Caballeros Del Sur the free kick. The supporters of Los Caballeros Del Sur booed when Forres FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Mano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Donato Jurgi scored 0-2 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benedicto Artizar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Martin Ofelio struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Cesar Dino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Forres FC. With a little luck, Forres FC's Benedicto Artizar got control of the ball when Donato Jurgi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Donato Jurgi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedicto Artizar having to interfere. After 93 played minutes Forres FC got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Mano. The Los Caballeros Del Sur supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Los Caballeros Del Sur would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
