Emiliano Ulizes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Totakoxe in the 12th minute of the match. A collision led to Gallinas ATR getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Jacobo Betadur hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, Uspallata's Placido Oxarra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emiliano Ulizes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigio Raulo in the 17th minute of play forced Uspallata's goalkeeper Haroldo Maura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gallinas ATR's Enrique Jordy got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Federico Deunoro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Emiliano Ulizes made a huge save. If Remigio Raulo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emiliano Ulizes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Oxarra in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd match minute, Uspallata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Abancens to maneuver through the defense. Federico Deunoro might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emiliano Ulizes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Federico Deunoro ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Federico Deunoro got free with Emiliano Ulizes in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Uspallata fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Uspallata's Placido Oxarra looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 41 minutes into the match, Gallinas ATR's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Totakoxe came free, but Emiliano Ulizes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Amancio Tristan fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gallinas ATR's protests and gave Amancio Tristan a yellow card for diving instead. Amancio Tristan kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maximo Totakoxe was the one to do the kick off. Haroldo Maura made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enrique Jordy in the 54th minute. Placido Oxarra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Emiliano Ulizes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Gallinas ATR's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Oxarra came free, but Emiliano Ulizes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Haroldo Maura didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 64th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Federico Deunoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Ulizes having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Maximo Totakoxe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emiliano Ulizes was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Deunoro in the 70th minute of play forced Gallinas ATR's goalkeeper Emiliano Ulizes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute Maximo Totakoxe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Ulizes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximo Totakoxe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Uspallata's Haroldo Maura proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Uspallata from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Gallinas ATR booed when Uspallata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Ipar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Haroldo Maura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigio Raulo, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute Placido Oxarra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Ulizes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Haroldo Maura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigio Raulo, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
