Spectators: 6683 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1683, VIP seats: 0) Efrain Cibran made the kick off and thus started the match. Delmar Pepillo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Efrain Cibran's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute Feliberto Librado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Pepillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Efrain Cibran ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Delmar Pepillo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Arias in the 22nd minute of play forced Pozuelos AFC's goalkeeper Marco Garcia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Efrain Cibran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Efrain Cibran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the lanena defense, Feliberto Librado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Delmar Pepillo. The lanena fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Delmar Pepillo should have stopped the shot. Efrain Cibran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Serafino Mede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind lanena's goalkeeper Delmar Pepillo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half Pozuelos AFC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Danilo Arias stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Pozuelos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Giro came free, but Marco Garcia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Feliberto Librado's late challenge caught a lanena's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliberto Librado helped the player get up and apologised. After 64 played minutes, lanena's Gilberto Giro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marco Garcia came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in lanena reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Efrain Cibran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pozuelos AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Efrain Cibran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delmar Pepillo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 66 minutes, Anibal Berenguer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the lanena and the Pozuelos AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, lanena's Anibal Berenguer got a free kick in the 66th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Efrain Cibran in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Delmar Pepillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Serafino Mede hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Efrain Cibran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Delmar Pepillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Efrain Cibran struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Delmar Pepillo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pozuelos AFC. In the 82nd minute of the match Francisco Gonzalez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delmar Pepillo skillfully saved the ball. Delmar Pepillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efrain Cibran, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Pozuelos AFC's Marco Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Arias in the 86th minute of play. A collision led to lanena getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Saverio Garcia hit a great ball.
