After 29 played minutes, lanena's Amadeo Xabat shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lucas Lluciano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in lanena reached it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaime Erramu in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Delmar Pepillo saved lanena from getting behind. If Modesto Conrao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Modesto Conrao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Lucas Lluciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Lluciano was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Danilo Arias capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Danilo Arias really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. If Jaime Erramu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 48th minute, Nestor Chuan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Villa Madero FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Danilo Arias made the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind lanena's goalkeeper Delmar Pepillo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Modesto Conrao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucas Lluciano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jaime Erramu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute, Nestor Chuan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Nestor Chuan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Jaime Erramu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Delmar Pepillo. That made the score 4-3 in the 99 minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Villa Madero FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for lanena.
