After a defensive mix-up in Estudiantes de Caseros's zone, Anier Munio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cosme Leizarraga came out of the goal and Anier Munio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vinicio Ignatius's late challenge caught a Leones de Old Trafford II's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vinicio Ignatius helped the player get up and apologised. Leones de Old Trafford II's Marcial Nataniel got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 36 minutes into the match, Leones de Old Trafford II's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Rolado came free, but Daniel Cordario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelo Llope kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 48 minutes into the match, Marcial Nataniel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cosme Leizarraga, 1-0. The supporters of Leones de Old Trafford II booed when Estudiantes de Caseros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position.
