Spectators: 6758 (Terracing: 5458, Seating: 1200, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jacinto Tiadoro kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Fighiera's Anastasio Liher got control of the ball when Saturnino Reynardo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aquiles Raymond during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 11 played minutes Fighiera got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo Mateo. Jacinto Tiadoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Capitán Tomate's Astor Sarracino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolo Ermengol in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute of the match, Fernando Manilan got a very nice opportunity to score, but Anastasio Liher was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Aquiles Raymond kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 31st minute Jacinto Tiadoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anastasio Liher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bartolo Ermengol hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacinto Tiadoro in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anastasio Liher prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 38th minute Jacinto Tiadoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anastasio Liher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th match minute, Fighiera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dario Senin to maneuver through the defense. If Guaberto Garaile had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fulgencio Florian was the one to do the kick off. Anastasio Liher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Tiadoro in the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th match minute, Capitán Tomate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquiles Raymond to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacinto Tiadoro in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anastasio Liher saved Fighiera from getting behind. In the 68th minute Fulgencio Florian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Sarracino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Capitán Tomate getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Apolo Kiliz hit a great ball. The supporters of Capitán Tomate booed when Fighiera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartolo Ermengol didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Jacinto Tiadoro sped through Fighiera's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anastasio Liher. Urbano Caton scored 2-1 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Astor Sarracino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 93rd minute of the match, Urbano Caton got a very nice opportunity to score, but Astor Sarracino was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience was convinced that Jacinto Tiadoro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anastasio Liher was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. Bartolo Ermengol hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute, one of Fighiera:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fighiera. In the 98th minute, Apolo Kiliz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Capitán Tomate fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. When the referee ended the match the Capitán Tomate players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
