But to his dismay, Emiliano Gombal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. CONTROL F.C.'s Amado Walme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Gombal in the 11th minute of play. After 14 played minutes Tv Coop got a freekick which was hit by Modesto Olivar. Amado Walme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Salamon in the 27th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Modesto Olivar notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of CONTROL F.C.'s Amado Walme. Amado Walme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in CONTROL F.C.'s zone, Emiliano Gombal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amado Walme came out of the goal and Emiliano Gombal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victoriano Salamon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amado Walme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Amado Walme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emiliano Gombal went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Amado Walme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Salamon in the 46th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Victoriano Salamon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amado Walme was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. The CONTROL F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tv Coop were winning 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victoriano Salamon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gaston Benitez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dante James in the 55th minute of play. Amado Walme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tv Coop. When Modesto Olivar came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Tv Coop fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Modesto Olivar couldn't finish the play. David Columbo's late challenge caught a Tv Coop's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Columbo helped the player get up and apologised. Victoriano Salamon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute.
