In the last second Fabio Eyague throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ramiro Maraman in the 36thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 39th minute, Tambero AC's Ramiro Maraman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fabio Eyague. Fabio Eyague yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Ramiro Maraman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tambero AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramiro Maraman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabio Eyague breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Froilan Eneto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gavino Venceslao was the one to do the kick off. Ramiro Maraman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabio Eyague read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play.
