CONTROL F.C.'s Amado Walme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Sandalio in the 5th minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dante James couldn't finish the play. Ramiro Iraitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Santo in the 15th minute of the match. Jonathan Sandalio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Amado Walme came out and tried to block the shot, but Jonathan Sandalio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Sandalio in the 19th minute of play forced CONTROL F.C.'s goalkeeper Amado Walme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Eustaquio Santo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ramiro Iraitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After a rather tough play, Soto FC's Godfredo Esiquio got a free kick in the 25th minute. Ramiro Iraitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dante James's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. After 28 minutes, Godfredo Esiquio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Soto FC and the CONTROL F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Godfredo Esiquio kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. When Jonathan Sandalio came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Soto FC fans jumped to their feet. After a defensive mix-up in Soto FC's zone, Dante James stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramiro Iraitz came out of the goal and Dante James tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patricio Huly received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Amado Walme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jonathan Sandalio came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Soto FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonathan Sandalio couldn't finish the play. Patricio Huly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amado Walme having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patricio Huly got free with Amado Walme in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The wind increased when Eustaquio Santo made the kick off in the second half. Patricio Huly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amado Walme having to interfere. After having played for 56 minutes, Jonathan Sandalio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Sandalio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amado Walme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Sandalio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amado Walme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Sandalio in the 60th minute of the match. If Patricio Huly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 70 minutes, Jonathan Sandalio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Sandalio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amado Walme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Sandalio in the 75th minute of play. Ramiro Iraitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Santo in the 79th minute of the match. Dante James sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alejandro Montay charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alejandro Montay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Soto FC had won after a very even match.
