After a rather tough play, Uchi FC's Ignacio Otsoko got a free kick in the 7th minute. Arnoldo Eliazar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Chumo, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After 22 minutes, Igor Cordarrol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Uchi FC and the HURACAN de Lugano players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Lorenzo Mateus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 31 minutes, Celestino Luzea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HURACAN de Lugano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celestino Luzea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 33rd minute Lorenzo Mateus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Eliazar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute, Clemente Baristo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. HURACAN de Lugano's Faustino Orlanda got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lorenzo Mateus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Eliazar having to interfere. Arnoldo Eliazar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Chumo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute Lorenzo Mateus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Eliazar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

53 minutes into the match, HURACAN de Lugano's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Chumo came free, but Arnoldo Eliazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 54 played minutes HURACAN de Lugano got a freekick which was hit by Faustino Orlanda. If Lorenzo Mateus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Abechuco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luciano Lon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute, HURACAN de Lugano's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lorenzo Mateus fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Lorenzo Mateus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Arnoldo Eliazar made a huge save. Arnoldo Eliazar made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Lorenzo Mateus sent off a good shot on target. Francisco Abechuco kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. HURACAN de Lugano's Arnoldo Eliazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Chumo in the 85th minute of play. Clemente Baristo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Lon having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Igor Cordarrol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 94 minutes into the match, Uchi FC's Lorenzo Mateus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnoldo Eliazar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Uchi FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented HURACAN de Lugano from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
