San Francesco de Almagro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Modesto Nesto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isaac Sandaili kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Igor Aballe hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Cristo Galoer struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Higinio Cordeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trilí. If Modesto Nesto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute Evaristo Giraldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Cordeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 0-3 became the score in the 90th minute when Evaristo Giraldo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Pascual Chucho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pascual Chucho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Trilí supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Trilí would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
