When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Jeronimo Asur sped through La Guardia Imperial's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hernan Frechoso. In the 15thth minute of the game Jeronimo Asur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Guardia Imperial's Hernan Frechoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as La Guardia Imperial's Damian Urti slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Josselin Bardoux. That made the score 1-1 after 16 minutes of play. 24 minutes into the match, Blackout Team's goalkeeper Josselin Bardoux had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damian Urti. Hernan Frechoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jeronimo Asur's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Jeronimo Asur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karacura Uronich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Hernan Frechoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeronimo Asur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernan Frechoso having to interfere. In the 47th minute Jeronimo Asur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernan Frechoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filomeno Casado's late challenge caught a Blackout Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filomeno Casado helped the player get up and apologised.

The wind increased when Jeronimo Asur made the kick off in the second half. Godfredo Toro charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Godfredo Toro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 52nd minute, Godfredo Toro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Blackout Team booed when La Guardia Imperial was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Urdaspal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th minute, Karacura Uronich got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jeronimo Asur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernan Frechoso having to interfere. After 77th play minutes Jeronimo Asur shot 2-4, a short shot which went by Hernan Frechoso and just under the crossbar into goal. Rodrigo Rito charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodrigo Rito the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jeronimo Asur had several of the La Guardia Imperial's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 85 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-5 score and a disappointed Hernan Frechoso as he didn't even see the shot coming. Isaac Raymundo struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Hernan Frechoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Blackout Team. In the 93rd minute, Adolfo Txomin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hernan Frechoso. The goal made the score 2-6.
