After 4 played minutes Blackout Team got a freekick which was hit by Cosme Tano. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anier Jorrin during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 8 minutes into the match, Piamonte AFC's goalkeeper Gustavo Lleir had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeronimo Asur. In the 9th minute, Piamonte AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jeronimo Asur fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Rodolfo Gimenez's late challenge caught a Blackout Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodolfo Gimenez helped the player get up and apologised. After 15 played minutes Piamonte AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Gimenez. 18 minutes into the game, Jeronimo Asur lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Gustavo Lleir. In the 21st minute, Isidro Belarmo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeronimo Asur struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Gustavo Lleir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Blackout Team. Jeronimo Asur might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gustavo Lleir. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jeronimo Asur ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Jeronimo Asur took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Gustavo Lleir to make any attempt to save it. Josselin Bardoux showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Gimenez in the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Rodolfo Gimenez made the kick off in the second half. Jeronimo Asur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Lleir having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abelardo Tono got free with Josselin Bardoux in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gustavo Lleir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Raymundo in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Gimenez in the 63rd minute of play forced Blackout Team's goalkeeper Josselin Bardoux to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blackout Team's Josselin Bardoux played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Gimenez in the 66th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Blackout Team's Lucio Laffitte got a free kick in the 67th minute. Adolfo Txomin kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. When Jeronimo Asur came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Blackout Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeronimo Asur couldn't finish the play. After having played for 74 minutes, Jeronimo Asur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blackout Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeronimo Asur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Cosme Tano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeronimo Asur took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustavo Lleir. Gustavo Lleir dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. The audience was convinced that Jeronimo Asur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gustavo Lleir was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Piamonte AFC's Lucio Arnalt got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Gustavo Lleir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Txomin in the 84th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jairo Muc during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Blackout Team's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fausto Fernandes ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of Piamonte AFC booed when Blackout Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosme Tano didn't get a good kick on the ball.
