With his leg Hernan Frechoso managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when Blackout Team's Jeronimo Asur fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Jeronimo Asur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hernan Frechoso was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Anselmo Locaio hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. If Karacura Uronich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the game, Filomeno Casado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Guardia Imperial's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Blackout Team the free kick. After a rather tough play, La Guardia Imperial's Filomeno Casado got a free kick in the 25th minute. La Guardia Imperial's Hernan Frechoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save La Guardia Imperial from getting a goal against them. Adolfo Txomin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernan Frechoso having to interfere. Hernan Frechoso made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Jeronimo Asur sent off a good shot on target. Jeronimo Asur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jeronimo Asur in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hernan Frechoso saved La Guardia Imperial from getting behind. Karacura Uronich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Hernan Frechoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeronimo Asur blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hernan Frechoso having to make a save. After 42 minutes La Guardia Imperial's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jeronimo Asur who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Karacura Uronich heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Adolfo Txomin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 47 minutes, Jeronimo Asur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blackout Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeronimo Asur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jeronimo Asur made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Jeronimo Asur left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Blackout Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Damian Urti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Josselin Bardoux tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to La Guardia Imperial getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Filomeno Casado hit a great ball. In the 67th minute, one of La Guardia Imperial:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for La Guardia Imperial. Isaac Raymundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Jeronimo Asur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Blackout Team fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Blackout Team's Jeronimo Asur looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Damian Urti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeronimo Asur blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hernan Frechoso having to make a save. When Cosme Tano came up free with the goalie in the 99th minute, the Blackout Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cosme Tano couldn't finish the play. Blackout Team walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
