Adolfo Oriche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Gurutz in the 4th minute of play. Juan Ellande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Jayvier in the 10th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Real Madrid's Serafin Leocadio got a free kick in the 11th minute. Aquilino Shepherd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Adolfo Oriche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfredo Urtzi kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. If Maximo Calixto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcial Azeari during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marcial Azeari hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erasmo Jayvier in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Ellande saved Real Madrid from getting behind. A collision led to Esperanza FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Amador Ixona hit a great ball. In the 36th minute, Maximo Calixto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juan Ellande was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erasmo Jayvier made a kick off. Erasmo Jayvier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Juan Ellande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Real Madrid's Juan Ellande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximo Calixto in the 58th minute of play. The supporters of Esperanza FC booed when Real Madrid was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amado Haimar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Ellande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Jayvier in the 61st minute of play. After 68 played minutes Real Madrid got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Fonda. A collision led to Real Madrid getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Marcial Azeari hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Real Madrid's zone, Erasmo Jayvier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Ellande came out of the goal and Erasmo Jayvier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Real Madrid getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Amado Haimar hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amador Ixona in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Ellande prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Juan Ellande stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximo Calixto's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Real Madrid's zone, Erasmo Jayvier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Ellande came out of the goal and Erasmo Jayvier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maximo Calixto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90th match minute, Esperanza FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Inguma to maneuver through the defense.
