The audience thought a goal was coming when Santo Medina got free with Zacarias Sanson in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Romeo Richie succeeded in the game's 31st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. Zacarias Sanson was a little too slow when Santo Medina got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 1-3. If Fermin Tirso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Ramirez's Zacarias Sanson got control of the ball when Cornelio Mero tried to sneak it across the goal line.
