Spectators: 7277 (Terracing: 5460, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fernan Gabrio got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Hucal AFC's goalkeeper Antonio Diegotxe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximo Calixto. 5 minutes into the game, Erasmo Jayvier recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Antonio Diegotxe. Erasmo Jayvier showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. With an all-out effort, Esperanza FC's Antonio Diegotxe threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Erasmo Jayvier, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Adolfo Oriche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Quintin in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th match minute, Esperanza FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Ixona to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Hucal AFC's zone, Maximo Calixto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonio Diegotxe came out of the goal and Maximo Calixto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 20 minutes into the match, Esperanza FC's Maximo Calixto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Antonio Diegotxe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rafael Orlondon hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After 26 minutes, Maximo Calixto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Esperanza FC and the Hucal AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 26 played minutes Esperanza FC got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Calixto. Erasmo Jayvier might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Antonio Diegotxe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erasmo Jayvier ran back to his position shaking his head. After 30 played minutes, Esperanza FC's Angelo Frasco shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Antonio Diegotxe came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Esperanza FC reached it. After 36 minutes, Erasmo Jayvier made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Hucal AFC's Antonio Diegotxe tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Maximo Calixto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Diegotxe having to interfere. Teofilo Savier hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Antonio Diegotxe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximo Calixto in the 43rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Jayvier in the 44th minute of play forced Hucal AFC's goalkeeper Antonio Diegotxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erasmo Jayvier to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Maximo Calixto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Diegotxe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, Ildefonso Quintin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adolfo Oriche was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. 68 minutes into the game, Fernan Gabrio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adolfo Oriche. Fernan Gabrio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 4-2 when Maximo Calixto sped through Hucal AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Antonio Diegotxe. Feliciano Inguma blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Antonio Diegotxe having to make a save. Hucal AFC's Antonio Diegotxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximo Calixto in the 77th minute of play. Esperanza FC's Erasmo Jayvier got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Esperanza FC's Adolfo Oriche proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Esperanza FC from getting a goal against them. Maximo Calixto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Antonio Diegotxe came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Esperanza FC's Maximo Calixto. But to his dismay, Maximo Calixto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. If Ildefonso Quintin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximo Calixto might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Antonio Diegotxe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maximo Calixto ran back to his position shaking his head. 95 minutes into the game, Fernan Gabrio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hucal AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Esperanza FC the free kick. The supporters of Esperanza FC booed when Hucal AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernan Gabrio didn't get a good kick on the ball.
