Spectators: 6650 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wilfredo Tancredo started the match with the kick off. After having played for 4 minutes, Ruperto Urki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Banco Cba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruperto Urki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Wilfredo Tancredo fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mercedes's protests and gave Wilfredo Tancredo a yellow card for diving instead. Wilfredo Tancredo hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After having played for 7 minutes, Nestor Florian managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Banco Cba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nestor Florian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sergio Naldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Florian in the 9th minute of play. Ruperto Urki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nestor Florian blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sergio Naldo having to make a save. If Nestor Florian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Florian in the 47th minute of play forced Mercedes's goalkeeper Sergio Naldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nestor Florian made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Banco Cba were awarded a corner. Elvio Claus went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Banco Cba's Elvio Claus to fire away a dangerous shot which Sergio Naldo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ruperto Urki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Sergio Naldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nestor Florian in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sergio Naldo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 65th minute Nestor Florian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Naldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nestor Florian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Naldo having to interfere. Sergio Naldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruperto Urki in the 72nd minute of play. Nestor Florian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Sergio Naldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Nestor Florian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sergio Naldo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ruperto Urki's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. 83 minutes into the match, Mercedes's goal looked a bit too open when Ruperto Urki came free, but Sergio Naldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruperto Urki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Naldo having to interfere. Ruperto Urki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute Ruperto Urki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Naldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
