Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rolando Rosario started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Canquel AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Sugoi to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Raymon came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Napoleón's Rolando Rosario. But to his dismay, Rolando Rosario quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, Canquel AFC's goalkeeper Francisco Raymon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rolando Rosario. Marcial Tonete didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leo Benat went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 16 minutes into the match, Napoleón's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Gipuzkoa came free, but Marcial Tonete reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcial Tonete took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Benat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute, Napoleón's Rolando Rosario ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Francisco Raymon. Francisco Raymon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. After 25 minutes, Jimeno Cai mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Napoleón and the Canquel AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Canquel AFC booed when Napoleón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimeno Cai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcial Tonete showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Calixto, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Rolando Rosario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Francisco Raymon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Napoleón's Eusebio Lugo got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcial Tonete came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Canquel AFC's Victor Sugoi. But to his dismay, Victor Sugoi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leo Benat was the one to do the kick off. Leopoldo Calixto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Tonete having to interfere. After 53 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Napoleón! Paulo Gaitano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eusebio Lugo in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Francisco Raymon saved Canquel AFC from getting behind. Francisco Raymon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Gaitano, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by Canquel AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Honorato Bibiano was slow to take the kick. During this time Napoleón's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Napoleón's Honorato Bibiano to fire away a dangerous shot which Francisco Raymon despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 72ndth minute of the game Rolando Rosario who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Canquel AFC's Francisco Raymon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Francisco Raymon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolando Rosario in the 75th minute of the match. Rolando Rosario took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Francisco Raymon. Francisco Raymon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Paulo Gaitano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Napoleón's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Gaitano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Raymon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rolando Rosario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 84 minutes into the match, Paulo Gaitano notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Canquel AFC's Francisco Raymon. Francisco Raymon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcial Tonete made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Sugoi in the 89th minute of play. Francisco Raymon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eusebio Lugo went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-3 was the resulting score. Marcial Tonete showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Benat in the 95th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Gipuzkoa in the 96th minute of play forced Napoleón's goalkeeper Marcial Tonete to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97thth minute of the game Rolando Rosario who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Canquel AFC's Francisco Raymon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Canquel AFC's zone, Salvador Leizarraga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Francisco Raymon came out of the goal and Salvador Leizarraga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Napoleón were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Canquel AFC for a fine match.
