Napoleón's Rolando Rosario got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eusebio Lugo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. 曹晨海 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcial Tonete took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kosta Blagiev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute of the match, Kosta Blagiev tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcial Tonete saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eusebio Lugo in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 曹晨海 saved EL NACIONAL FC from getting behind. EL NACIONAL FC's 曹晨海 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Rosario in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Eusebio Lugo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eusebio Lugo kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Paulo Gaitano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 曹晨海. EL NACIONAL FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulo Gaitano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Kosta Blagiev made the kick off in the second half. Fulgencio Inguma kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. If Mircea Moga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rolando Rosario got free with 曹晨海 in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcial Tonete took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kosta Blagiev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Rosario struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. 曹晨海 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Napoleón. When Kosta Blagiev came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the EL NACIONAL FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kosta Blagiev couldn't finish the play. When the match was over Napoleón could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than EL NACIONAL FC throughout the match.
