Spectators: 7335 (Terracing: 5503, Seating: 1687, VIP seats: 145) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rolando Rosario took the kick off in the first half of the match. Paulo Gaitano took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulo Espiridion. Paulo Espiridion dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Paulo Espiridion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolando Rosario in the 6th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Racing Club de Caseros's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Rosario came free, but Paulo Espiridion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Napoleón's Marcial Tonete played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodosio Bernat in the 13th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Melchor Savier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Racing Club de Caseros's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Napoleón the free kick. Melchor Savier kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After 21 played minutes Racing Club de Caseros got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Henrico. In the 21st minute of the match Honorato Bibiano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paulo Espiridion skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Racing Club de Caseros's Teodosio Bernat got a free kick in the 24th minute. Marcial Tonete made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Leonides Etxepare sent off a good shot on target. 31 minutes into the match, Racing Club de Caseros's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Leizarraga came free, but Paulo Espiridion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Rosario's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paulo Espiridion read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Rolando Rosario had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulo Espiridion. Racing Club de Caseros's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rolando Rosario was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 45th minute Rolando Rosario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Espiridion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Elpidio Sasoin made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Racing Club de Caseros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Ovando to maneuver through the defense. Paulo Espiridion didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rolando Rosario went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. With his leg Paulo Espiridion managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Napoleón's Rolando Rosario fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marcial Tonete showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elpidio Sasoin, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. If Rolando Rosario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Racing Club de Caseros's goalkeeper Paulo Espiridion, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Racing Club de Caseros's Leonides Etxepare got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Paulo Gaitano struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Paulo Espiridion didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Napoleón. Rolando Rosario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Bernat in the 68th minute of play forced Napoleón's goalkeeper Marcial Tonete to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zeledon Gagriel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Napoleón's Rolando Rosario came free and shot a quick shot against goal 74 minutes in the game, fortunately Paulo Espiridion had problems saving as it came toward the left post. After 76 minutes Racing Club de Caseros's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Honorato Bibiano who took care of the corner kick. Napoleón's Jimeno Cai was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Paulo Espiridion in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 78th minute Paulo Gaitano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Espiridion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Napoleón's Salvador Leizarraga got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Marcial Tonete showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Orlin in the 85th minute of the match. Marcial Tonete took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Sasoin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haroldo Orlin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Tonete having to interfere. Eusebio Lugo kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The supporters of Napoleón booed when Racing Club de Caseros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodosio Bernat didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Napoleón left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Racing Club de Caseros.
