The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Higinio Ilazki charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Higinio Ilazki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Melchor Napier's late challenge caught a Caribbean Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Melchor Napier helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Caribbean Club booed when TOQUE Y TALENTO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melchor Napier didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind TOQUE Y TALENTO FC's goalkeeper Alvaro Cisco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Caribbean Club's Nemesio Haitz got control of the ball when Melchor Napier tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 30th minute, Florencio Muc got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nemesio Haitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Muc, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Luis Bermudez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caribbean Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Bermudez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvaro Cisco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luis Bermudez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Alvaro Cisco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvaro Cisco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Bermudez, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After a rather tough play, TOQUE Y TALENTO FC's Fausto Florin got a free kick in the 48th minute. After a defensive mix-up in TOQUE Y TALENTO FC's zone, Luis Bermudez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvaro Cisco came out of the goal and Luis Bermudez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luis Bermudez to strike the kick off in the second half. 63 minutes into the match, Caribbean Club's goal looked a bit too open when Florencio Muc came free, but Nemesio Haitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Melchor Napier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nemesio Haitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. TOQUE Y TALENTO FC's Alvaro Cisco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save TOQUE Y TALENTO FC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 72 minutes, Melchor Napier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TOQUE Y TALENTO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melchor Napier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Melchor Napier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Florencio Muc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Caribbean Club getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Cleto Ferrando hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Bernabe Gitano sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Caribbean Club's Nemesio Haitz didn't even have to move. Florencio Muc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Nemesio Haitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. TOQUE Y TALENTO FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
