But to his dismay, Godofredo Frasco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Godofredo Frasco in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fidel Birila prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gerardo Hibai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fidel Birila having to interfere. Gerardo Hibai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Caballo de Troya's Marcelo Etxepare got a free kick in the 30th minute. Portugal Deportivo's Edgardo Lop got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 34 minutes into the match, Caballo de Troya's goalkeeper Armando Guillelme had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fernando Aires. Edgardo Lop hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After 47 played minutes Caballo de Troya got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Aztore.

Portugal Deportivo's Edgardo Lop broke free in the 48th minute of the match and struck a powerful long shot that almost became a goal, but instead the ball went outside the right post. An obvious chance of a goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Godofredo Frasco to strike the kick off in the second half. If Godofredo Frasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute Rosendo Laurendi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Guillelme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Caballo de Troya's Ermegildo Ponce got a free kick in the 70th minute. Armando Guillelme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosendo Laurendi in the 77th minute of play. Ermegildo Ponce kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Rosendo Laurendi notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Caballo de Troya's Armando Guillelme. Armando Guillelme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fidel Birila made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Gerardo Hibai sent off a good shot on target. Rosendo Laurendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
