After 17 minutes, Patricio Lizardi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zaparinqui AFC and the AC KAYSERKER players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastian Txema in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roman Elija prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Martino in the 21st minute of play forced Zaparinqui AFC's goalkeeper Roman Elija to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the AC KAYSERKER defense, Jorge Bartoleme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romulo Liberto. The AC KAYSERKER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romulo Liberto should have stopped the shot. Hermengildo Emenon might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Romulo Liberto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hermengildo Emenon ran back to his position shaking his head.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manuel Martino made a kick off. Romulo Liberto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hermengildo Emenon went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Roman Elija showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Martino, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After having played for 63 minutes, Ruben Heriberto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zaparinqui AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruben Heriberto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romulo Liberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Bartoleme in the 66th minute of play. When Hermengildo Emenon came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Zaparinqui AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hermengildo Emenon couldn't finish the play. Jorge Bartoleme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, Ruben Heriberto made a precise shot to the right of Romulo Liberto. AC KAYSERKER's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. 78 minutes into the match, AC KAYSERKER's goal looked a bit too open when Hermengildo Emenon came free, but Romulo Liberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Bartoleme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Albano Argina kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. In the 98th minute of the match Nestor Matxin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roman Elija showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the AC KAYSERKER players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Zaparinqui AFC.
