In the 15th match minute, Boca Unidos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benito Ricart to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st match minute, Portugal Deportivo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfredo Muno to maneuver through the defense. If Rosendo Laurendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Fernando Aires's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teodoro Victoro was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Teodoro Victoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Aires, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oscar Mingo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Boca Unidos's Roman Tohias got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Boca Unidos fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Boca Unidos's Oscar Mingo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 66 played minutes Boca Unidos got a freekick which was hit by Joel Rubio. If Fernando Aires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernando Aires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Victoro having to interfere. Fidel Birila came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Boca Unidos's Oscar Mingo. But to his dismay, Oscar Mingo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Roman Tohias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
