The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramon Bernard got free with Alvaro Cisco in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rd minute of the match Gavino Osasun sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alvaro Cisco skillfully saved the ball. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tipiro AFC's goalkeeper Domingos Peli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Domingos Peli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Muc in the 31st minute of play. If Melchor Napier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tipiro AFC's Domingos Peli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Muc in the 44th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evaristo Etor in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvaro Cisco saved TOQUE Y TALENTO FC from getting behind. Domingos Peli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Melchor Napier in the 80th minute. After a rather tough play, Tipiro AFC's Mauro Gartzi got a free kick in the 80th minute. Domingos Peli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florencio Muc in the 88th minute of the match. Ramon Bernard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Alvaro Cisco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
