Aquilino Izel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcelo Iaki. EL Alcón FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Teodosio Johans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Iaki having to interfere. Felipe Martxel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basilio Corderun, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Teodosio Johans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Marcelo Iaki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Teodosio Johans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. EL Alcón FC's Marcelo Iaki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Urtsin in the 30th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvio Faro in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felipe Martxel saved CyB Ramon Santamarina from getting behind. In the 46th match minute, EL Alcón FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ambrosio Sesuldo to maneuver through the defense. After the first half EL Alcón FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Teobaldo Urtsin made the kick off in the second half. Teodosio Johans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Iaki having to interfere. After 59th play minutes Teobaldo Urtsin shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Marcelo Iaki and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpected shot in the 69th minute by Rene Perpinya got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Silvio Faro sped through CyB Ramon Santamarina's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Felipe Martxel. CyB Ramon Santamarina's Felipe Martxel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save CyB Ramon Santamarina from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in CyB Ramon Santamarina's zone, Silvio Faro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felipe Martxel came out of the goal and Silvio Faro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marco Ihintza during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of EL Alcón FC booed when CyB Ramon Santamarina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Ihintza didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teobaldo Urtsin during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Zacarias Jerano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelo Iaki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. If Silvio Faro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. EL Alcón FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
