Spectators: 7089 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fabricio Quintyn started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Derqui's zone, Roberto Caitano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carolo Ezkerra came out of the goal and Roberto Caitano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th match minute, Derqui was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmiro Ferrer to maneuver through the defense. Fabricio Quintyn struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Leopoldo Merexildo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Derqui. In the 26th match minute, Derqui was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Eneas to maneuver through the defense. kunfantasma's Marciano Errolan couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 27th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Derqui. When Ivan Eliazar came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Derqui fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivan Eliazar couldn't finish the play. Humberto Jon struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Carolo Ezkerra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for kunfantasma. Ivan Eliazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Leopoldo Merexildo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42ndth minute of the game Humberto Jon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Derqui's Carolo Ezkerra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Roberto Caitano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erasmo Ekhi hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roberto Caitano was the one to do the kick off. Leopoldo Merexildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmiro Ferrer in the 52nd minute of play. Ivan Eliazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Merexildo having to interfere. A hard shot 66 in the game by Humberto Jon from a close distance when the talented Carolo Ezkerra managed to make a qualified save. Derqui's players were relieved. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for kunfantasma! With a little luck, Derqui's Carolo Ezkerra got control of the ball when Humberto Jon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Humberto Jon came free with the goalkeeper in the 82nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Carolo Ezkerra could save by the left post. Humberto Jon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Carolo Ezkerra made a huge save. In the 88th minute, Roberto Caitano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabricio Quintyn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabricio Quintyn's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leopoldo Merexildo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 98th minute of play. kunfantasma's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
