Damaso Porfiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Abeijon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 26 minutes, Zeledon Claris managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. san lorenzo de almagro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zeledon Claris was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th minute Igor Mendebal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Porfiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damaso Porfiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Mendebal, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 34 played minutes LAS CABRAS FC got a freekick which was hit by Elpidio Refugio. In the 35th minute of the match Fulgencio Beltran sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Damaso Porfiro skillfully saved the ball. Igor Mendebal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Damaso Porfiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Primitivo Remicio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half san lorenzo de almagro were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Primitivo Remicio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Inocencio Montel came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the LAS CABRAS FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inocencio Montel couldn't finish the play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Primitivo Remicio couldn't finish the play. 88 minutes into the match, san lorenzo de almagro's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Remicio came free, but Carolo Iraunkor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Primitivo Remicio managed to get in a good position for a shot. LAS CABRAS FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Primitivo Remicio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carolo Iraunkor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Inocencio Montel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo Iraunkor having to interfere. If Igor Mendebal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. LAS CABRAS FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
