After 51 minutes, Ambrosio Hermelando mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sp. Mecanica Destructora and the ROJO AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee showed Tiburcio Elija the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of ROJO AFC booed when Sp. Mecanica Destructora was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiburcio Elija didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ramiro Salles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ramiro Salles might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Flavio Oriche. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ramiro Salles ran back to his position shaking his head.
