Spectators: 7290 (Terracing: 5470, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 144) Cañete's Ulises Fe started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cañete's Lorenzo Su played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Fonso in the 3rd minute of play. Ramiro Salles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Lorenzo Su tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Desiderio Fonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenzo Su having to interfere. When Isaias Bertin came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the ROJO AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaias Bertin couldn't finish the play. Antonio Jon was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Mateo Iratxo. Ramiro Salles struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Lorenzo Su didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ROJO AFC. Lorenzo Su took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Salles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Guilabertus hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Lorenzo Su came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by ROJO AFC's Ramiro Salles. But to his dismay, Ramiro Salles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Isaias Bertin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramiro Salles took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lorenzo Su. Lorenzo Su dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 39 minutes into the match, Orlando Gonchan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lorenzo Su. Cañete's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orlando Gonchan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 44th minute of the match Maximino Lano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lorenzo Su showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ramiro Salles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ramiro Salles made a kick off. Ramiro Salles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jose Petrigai's late challenge caught a ROJO AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jose Petrigai helped the player get up and apologised. After 55 played minutes Cañete got a freekick which was hit by Jose Petrigai. Lorenzo Su stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramiro Salles's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. If Ulises Fe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Ariel Ilixo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Antonio Jon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. In the 65th minute, ROJO AFC's Fernando Tolino dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. In the 69th minute, Cristo Sagrario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antonio Jon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ariel Ilixo in the 71st minute of play. With a little luck, Cañete's Lorenzo Su got control of the ball when Ramiro Salles tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ramiro Salles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Lorenzo Su tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lorenzo Su came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by ROJO AFC's Orlando Gonchan. But to his dismay, Orlando Gonchan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. In the 87th minute, Delmiro Presebal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Ramiro Salles's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lorenzo Su was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Ramiro Salles took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lorenzo Su. Lorenzo Su dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. Ramiro Salles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 97 minutes, Ramiro Salles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ROJO AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramiro Salles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over ROJO AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cañete throughout the match.
