The score was now 1-1. Joel Abalos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tiburcio Fix having to make a save. Niceto Chepe hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 20 minutes into the game, when Erubiel Mosen put in a rough tackle. 19 minutes into the game, one of Saldaña FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Eduardo Ler went to the wrong direction when Andres Terciero was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Saldaña FC's Eduardo Ler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Saldaña FC from getting a goal against them. Pascual Irrintzi charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eduardo Ler showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Ruperto Quinton came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Saldaña FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ruperto Quinton couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Casimiro Min made the kick off in the second half. LautaroFC's Casimiro Min got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 70 minutes into the match, Saldaña FC's goal looked a bit too open when Casimiro Min came free, but Eduardo Ler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, LautaroFC's goalkeeper Tiburcio Fix had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruperto Quinton. In the 76th match minute, Saldaña FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Orlo to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute, Primitivo Orlo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugenio Semeno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Eduardo Ler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 87 played minutes Saldaña FC got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Orlo. If Casimiro Min had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruperto Quinton's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Tiburcio Fix skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Casimiro Min sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The LautaroFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Saldaña FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
