After a defensive mix-up in Salinas Atletic Club's zone, Teo Astigar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcial Beltran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfredo Rodriguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Constantino Tome fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Garin having to interfere. Honorato Taurino kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match.
