Spectators: 7199 (Terracing: 5401, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 143) Martin Macario started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, C.A.River Plate's Guillermo Frisco got a free kick in the 4th minute. Alfonso Firme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Albino Burni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute of the match C.A.River Plate got a corner. Berserkers FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Guillermo Frisco ran over to the corner to take the kick. C.A.River Plate's Guillermo Frisco was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Albino Burni in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Martin Macario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albino Burni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Firme in the 25th minute of the match. Geronimo Bilintx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Macario in the 27th minute of the match. If Martin Macario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Macario in the 32nd minute of play forced C.A.River Plate's goalkeeper Geronimo Bilintx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute Martin Macario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Bilintx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Martin Macario came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Berserkers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Macario couldn't finish the play. 38 minutes into the game, Leon Tano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.A.River Plate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berserkers FC the free kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfonso Firme made a kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Berserkers FC's goalkeeper Albino Burni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Paolo Pasqual had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Martin Macario blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Geronimo Bilintx having to make a save. With a little luck, C.A.River Plate's Geronimo Bilintx got control of the ball when Anacleto Aureo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Martin Macario managed to get in a good position for a shot. Berserkers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Macario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geronimo Bilintx breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anacleto Aureo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-1 in the 63rd playminute. After a defensive mix-up in Berserkers FC's zone, Alfonso Firme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albino Burni came out of the goal and Alfonso Firme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. C.A.River Plate's Alfonso Firme got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Albino Burni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Pasqual in the 81st minute of play. After some careless play in the Berserkers FC defense, Alfonso Firme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albino Burni. The Berserkers FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albino Burni should have stopped the shot. C.A.River Plate's Geronimo Bilintx proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save C.A.River Plate from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.River Plate's zone, Anacleto Aureo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geronimo Bilintx came out of the goal and Anacleto Aureo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Martin Macario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geronimo Bilintx having to interfere. Berserkers FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
