Club Atlético de Milán's Juan Sancho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Min in the 26th minute of play. If Eugenio Semeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Piarres in the 30th minute of play forced LautaroFC's goalkeeper Tiburcio Fix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético de Milán's zone, Eugenio Semeno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lino Piarres couldn't finish the play. Lino Piarres's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tiburcio Fix read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. After a rather tough play, LautaroFC's Cristobal Sugoi got a free kick in the 70th minute. Tiburcio Fix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Bernad in the 73rd minute of play. In the 76th minute, LautaroFC's Casimiro Min ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Juan Sancho. Juan Sancho yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Tiburcio Fix came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético de Milán's Lino Piarres. But to his dismay, Lino Piarres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Eugenio Semeno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Juan Sancho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mauricio Sansone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute.
