Marcial Beltran was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Constantino Tome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 7 Libertadores's Lisandro Rioja proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save 7 Libertadores from getting a goal against them. When Teo Astigar, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 33 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Lisandro Rioja was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Teo Astigar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Lisandro Rioja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The wind increased when Carlos Elorri made the kick off in the second half. Constantino Tome sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 58th minute Teo Astigar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lisandro Rioja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lisandro Rioja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantino Tome in the 63rd minute of the match. The La Masía fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Lisandro Rioja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teo Astigar in the 97th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. 7 Libertadores had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
