After 14 minutes, Isaac Dubardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LautaroFC and the C.A.River Plate players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 19 played minutes C.A.River Plate got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Todor. Casimiro Min received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Geronimo Bilintx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, C.A.River Plate's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Semeno came free, but Geronimo Bilintx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When LautaroFC's Casimiro Min in 33 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Geronimo Bilintx guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Casimiro Min recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabio Isusko hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 46 minutes into the match, LautaroFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Firme came free, but Tiburcio Fix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfonso Firme during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 59 played minutes C.A.River Plate got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Firme. Eugenio Semeno who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Geronimo Bilintx when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Geronimo Bilintx came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by LautaroFC's Eugenio Semeno. But to his dismay, Eugenio Semeno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. LautaroFC's Eugenio Semeno got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Casimiro Min received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Geronimo Bilintx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tiburcio Fix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Pasqual in the 88th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfonso Firme in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiburcio Fix saved LautaroFC from getting behind.
