Severino Celipe hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. When Isaias Handi fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Delorean DMC's protests and gave Isaias Handi a yellow card for diving instead. Isaias Handi kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Bruno Mikeldi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Baldovino, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 郝霖昆 struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Armando Fidensio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teofilo Chico to make the kick off.
