Octavio Bernad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Urko, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Octavio Bernad came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Islas FC's Jesus Urko. But to his dismay, Jesus Urko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 20 played minutes Islas FC got a freekick which was hit by Abel Oliverio. After 23 played minutes, Islas FC's Ovidio Perutxo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Octavio Bernad came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Islas FC reached it. A collision led to C.A. CALLAO getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Angelo Goizeder hit a great ball. Pablo Jesco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Bernad having to interfere. In the 29thth minute of the game Jesus Urko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A. CALLAO's Octavio Bernad was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Reynaldo Perfecto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Octavio Bernad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Jesco in the 36th minute of play. Octavio Bernad didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcos Txanton went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Ovidio Perutxo kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Islas FC's Pablo Jesco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Octavio Bernad narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 45 played minutes C.A. CALLAO got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Perfecto. Octavio Bernad didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jesus Urko went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jesus Urko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Abel Oliverio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Bernad having to interfere. C.A. CALLAO were furious when Gaston Jaunti was red carded, 62 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 62 minutes into the game, one of C.A. CALLAO:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. A hard shot 71 in the game by Jesus Urko from a close distance when the talented Octavio Bernad managed to make a qualified save. C.A. CALLAO's players were relieved. If Marcos Txanton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesus Urko in the 82nd minute of play forced C.A. CALLAO's goalkeeper Octavio Bernad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Abel Oliverio fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Islas FC's protests and gave Abel Oliverio a yellow card for diving instead. Abel Oliverio hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Jesus Urko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jesus Urko in the 91stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Octavio Bernad, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jesus Urko's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Octavio Bernad skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Octavio Bernad acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 96th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ovidio Perutxo. Jesus Urko kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 97thth minute. Though ot was a great shot C.A. CALLAO's keeper Octavio Bernad was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Octavio Bernad stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jesus Urko's shot from short distance in the 99th minute. Jesus Urkos short, quick shot in the 101stth minute got Octavio Bernad to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Islas FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
