In the 11th minute, Primitivo Ostots ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ignacio Urtungo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When Rigoberto Ourente came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the NoDoubt Returns fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rigoberto Ourente couldn't finish the play. Rigoberto Ourente scored 0-3 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ignacio Urtungo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. NoDoubt Returns's Bonifacio Daunte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Munio in the 27th minute of play. If Rigoberto Ourente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, NoDoubt Returns's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Silvestre Sidro fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Eliseo Munio struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Bonifacio Daunte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aires United FC. Bonifacio Daunte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Munio in the 48th minute of play. The Aires United FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. NoDoubt Returns were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eliseo Munio to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rigoberto Ourente got free with Ignacio Urtungo in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Eliseo Munio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bonifacio Daunte was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. If Rigoberto Ourente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Silvestre Sidro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifacio Daunte having to interfere. After having played for 73 minutes, Silvestre Sidro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aires United FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvestre Sidro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eustacio Gentza during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 74 played minutes Aires United FC got a freekick which was hit by Eustacio Gentza. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aires United FC's goalkeeper Ignacio Urtungo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
